Artist's Statement:
"Juan Francisco Adaro is my name and I'm from Buenos Aires, Argentina. Even as a child, I knew that I would live my life creating art. Arts education began for me during middle school. While traveling to art fairs in Buenos Aires, I would often make paintings of the tourists in the street. Not only was this a preview to a life with a paint brush. This also is how I met my wife, which changed the trajectory of my personal life.
Painting the world that surrounds me in my unique whimsical style has been my constant pursuit. It all starts with a blank canvas and an urge in my soul. Oils on canvas that depict life near the beaches of the Florida Panhandle are the raw materials of my current creations.
The artistic world of my existence includes the inspirations of my wife, our two children and the countless goats, chickens, and other fluffy creatures that roam around on our land right outside of my studio walls. My current life might seem like a long way from my days in Argentina painting political murals and working from my mobile motorcycle gallery. But the threads of art and family and time are inseparable."
